#asktheexperts Do kids of 3yrs and above need to compulsory drink cows milk as i have learnt from various sources to stop giving outside milk to avoid gut issues?

It is personally your choice which would you want to give you can give animal milk cows or buffaloes milk you can give cream packet milk and yes lot of people feel that there could be issues but that’s there only if it does not suit your child if your child is comfortably digesting them then that’s very healthy to be given
