Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Baby diapering is very important where specific precautions are necessary. Baby skin is very tender and soft specially in the genital area where frequent urination and motion may be a increase risk factors for bacterial infection . you need to change the diaper frequently in such condition to avoid prolonged contact and friction which can cause rash . A regular mousturisation with a petrolium jelly or a diaper rash cregcam is required . try to use disposable diapers as they are better absorbent than cloth one. Dondt use diapers all the time for 24 hrs. keep some diaper free interval .

Yes you can use it but what you can do is that whenever your child wakes up to take a feed that is going to be the right time for you to change the diaper we normally see the change it every 3 to 4 hours but in this case it is going to be good enough for you to change it accordingly when the child wakes up
