A. Hello mom by this year onwards she should be almost be used to regular foods you make at home for the family no much restrictions for her . Eggs , dry fruits and nuts , cows milk , panner , ghee , curds cereals and millets - roti , rice , oats , ragi etc , dals , channa , rajma etc , seasonal fruits and vegetables.
