A. Give all home cooked meals. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts and raisins. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables especially banana, avocado, pear, pineapple, mango and papaya. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give ragi and brown rice. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give almond milk and soy milk.
