Early morning breastfeed or milk .
Breakfast - Cerealac, idly/dosa/porridge with Cereals/millets (ragi,jower,aata,besan, green gram/black gram horse gram), fruits or vegetables puriees.
Lunch/dinner mashed rice with dal/rasam/sabji/curd, Roti or stuffed roti with sabji dal, paneer/egg; kichdi...
Give fruits, vegetables as finger foods it helps in relieving gum pain (teething) , makhana kheer,ladoo /barfi with dry fruits and nuts, seseme ladoo, urad dal ladoo as snacks.
Milk before going to bed and in middle of the night.
