#asktheexperts could you please advise the best tips of having teeth clean and cavity free teeth. other than twice brush in a day.

A. visit a dentist at least once every six months for a routine dental examination which is mandatory avoid night feeds and sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits . . .

A. Hi parent Give her vitamin C + calcium + probiotics rich diet. vitamin c vanbe obtained from the seasonal fruits and vegetables calcium is obtained from the millets probiotics should he used as per season don't use Demineralized water
