A. thank you for reaching out to us for this important question but I would suggest is that each meal you should focus on ensuring there is some amount of protein carbohydrates good fats and at least throughout the day there are two to four servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis this will ensure that your child is getting the right amount of nutrition and you also need to make sure that is getting good amount of Sunlight and physical activities as well
