A. Okay apart from nebulising the home remedy I would suggest you to take some warm mustard oil and some rock salt carrot seeds and chopped garlic into that heat the oil and massage the back chest throat and feet with warm mustard oil and in the feet you can make your child wear socks and rest of the places do hot compress
