Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please not mothers milk is the main source of nutrition for your child until you baby turns one year old and when you start with Semi solid it should be home cooked and freshly prepared meals Cerelac is a good option when you are traveling or in case of an emergency other than that it's best to bank on home cooked meals
