the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables.
half katori twice e daily from fruits
and milk to be continued
at this age also milk consist of 70% of the diet so no need to rush much upon the food.
homemade diet is s better compared to readymade processed baby food.
also fruits and juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also.
