#asktheexperts can you suggest me multivitamins or any other supplements for my both kids. TIA

A. you can take any multivitamin available near you with consultation of your doctor but better not to be dependent on medications You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon
