Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the best way to increase the weight of the child would be to go for food recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily and you should provide small amount from the above food for your child. also minimum of 500 ml milk and 2 fruits should be given daily to the child along with at least one katori from cerials pulses three times per day

Hi Only way to increase your child’s weight and height is with proper food see how it is completely genetic and weight would completely depend on the eating habits of eating everything properly having good amount of protein and carbs on an every day basis then the weight will also be good as well as height will also be good
