#asktheexperts my kids are super active but do not eat much kindly suggest ways to gain healthy weight

A. Hai good evening !! Give 3 meals ,2 snacks timely feeding. Include high calorie,protein rich for weight gain,muscle strength. Milk,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,nuts either powder or nuts barfi/ladoo ,banana,potato,egg,meat ,poultry,pulses,sattu in regular diet helps in weight gain.
