#asktheexperts Can you give oats to a 1-year-old baby? Can you give biscuits to a 9-month-old baby? How many times can you give? Which bisque is better?

A. dear parent, oats should be given only after 2 years because it is heavy. avoid giving any sort of biscuits to your baby as they contain ingredients like sugar, colour, flavour, maida which are not healthy.

A. hello occasionally biscuit should be fine but on a regular basis avoid as in some babies it causes constipation and also it contains added sugar and try to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced home made cerelac n food in the diet which is better
