ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, no, cerelac or any other top food should not be introduced to your baby at the age of 5 months. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
