#asktheexperts Can we put a pinch of salt in baby’s food ? He is almost 6months old We tried giving him daal, but as its bland he is not liking it. Please suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. please avoid.. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
and it would be good to start dolifs after completing 6 month.
