#asktheexperts can we give dairy products to 7 month old like curd paneer and while travelling what food we shoud carry with us

You should give all the dairy products that you would want to it is good and healthy to be given to the child apart from that also I’m going to recommend you that you should see what all have you introduced to the child according to that you can carry some packet food for the child
