ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. Actually no need and initially till one month only sponging can be done by soaking towel in Luke warm water instead of bathing after a month once a day bath can be given and in winters alternate day will be fine

It all depends on the weather conditions and what is suitable for your baby. It is important to maintain a good personal hygiene routine for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand.
