Yes you can do that as always quite difficult to sit and feed
as far as you and the baby are comfortable you can feed the baby in sleeping position

You can but it’s usually not recommended because sometimes it has been seen the milk slide into the year of the child due to the sleeping position and that can often lead to an issue of ear infection which is usually this position is not recommended to be fed and rest to see as it is comfortable to you
