#asktheexperts can u please tell us about formula milk along with breastfeeding or should we stuch exclusively on breastfeeding?

If you are able to produce good quality breast milk would then be ideal to exclusively breast feed the baby as nothing better than mothers feed as such

You should of course give formula milk to the child if you’re low on your breastfeeding by any chance but if your breastfeeding is good and you can manage to feed the child exclusively breastfeeding for first six months that is what you should try if you are at stay at home parent
