#asktheexperts Can I take my second dose of covishield now as im breast feeding 2 month old. 1st dose i have taken in August while I was pregnant.

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Wash hands often Stay hydrated healthy Give ultra D3 drops Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
