A. yes, can start giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.) You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Yes you can start giving water to your baby now, Your child can begin eating solid foods at about 6 months old. By the time he or she is 7 or 8 months old, your child can eat a variety of foods from different food groups. These foods include infant cereals, meat or other proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains, yogurts and cheeses, and more.
