#asktheexperts can cerelac be given to babies?? it is said to avoid sugar till one year of age and cerelac contains sugar??

A. See it is a processed foods it can be given to the child I really I’m not much aware about the content into it but generally sugar should not be given to the child for at least one year of age instead of sugar you can replace it with jaggery powder or date syrup
