I suggest you please once consult with your gynecologist or lactation expert
please give warm compression on affected area
if necessary you can use nip care cream
please wipe it properly before feed your child

A. Position matters a lot, sit comfortably. Also do not give just the nipples but give the entire areola, as you keep giving it will be fine. and keep pumping the milk and remove it. my cousin developed breast mastitis so could not feed the baby and she gave Aptamil Gold Stage 1 for first 6 months as per her paediatrician recommendation, so better to consult the doctor to rule out everything.
