1. Drink minimum 3 litres water. Along with that,have other fluids like milk(1 glass regularly) or fruit juices.
2. Take one egg regularly, either in breakfast or lunch or dinner.
3. Nurse your baby repeatedly, obviously as per his or her demand. I mean to say, you need to let your baby suck BM as much as possible.
4. Take rest, change your sleep pattern according to your child's sleep timing.
5. Try breast pump equipment if you are still not able to increase your productivity.

The following will help boost your bm production... But do not stop baby from sucking... Coz that action releases hormone Oxytocin which is required to produce bm... It triggers our breasts to produce bm... 😊
🔴Drink at least 4 litres of water per day irrespective of the climatic conditions
Our bm is majorly constituted of water
🔵Drink two glasses of water before feeding always
🔴 Include in your diet Oats and Rice...
Make Basmati rice kheer... Known to boost bm
🔴 Eat Fenugreek in any form...
🔵Soak at night n eat in morning empty stomach
🔵Eat fenugreek rice n jaggery cooked together
🔵Eat fenugreek or methi laddoo
🔴Drink Garlic milk n include garlic in ur diet boosts bm
🔵In a cup of milk put 5 pods of garlic either crushed or whole and place in cooker while cooking rice and dal...
After 5 whistles when pressure releases drink that milk with garlic.... Doesn't taste good.... But.... Boosts bm
🔴 Eat three meals and three snacks.... Keep your tummy filled... Eat more fruit🍎🍊🍌🍉🍇🍒🍍 and veggies
Take 1 bowl of dal in your
Lunch... Protein intake is must
🔴 Take Shatavari in any form you like....
