#asktheexperts both my kids having constipation I don't know what to do? They were having very tight potty hard like stones

Tight potty is not because of constipation it’s because of the hydration and lack of fibre in the body so I’m just going to recommend you to give plenty of fibres and fluids and if it is constipation you can give laxative from time to time and similarly include more of fluids in the diet
