Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.vu
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. v
Diet counselling is also very important .

Mam then you can go ahead with giving powder milk to the child if you feel that your child is weak then maybe the breastfeeding is not enough for the child to meet the requirement of health and weight so you can definitely go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child and if you need you can always take an advice from a lactation specialist onWrite Your Answer Here
