A. Hello father, if the baby been a full term baby , their monthly weight gain is expected to almost gain in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight & then triple by the age of 1 . YOu can now introduce weaning foods along with alternating it with mother feed, semi solid and mashed consistency foods , which will be in turn help in weight gain,
