#asktheexperts Bhaumik is 12.6 kg with 82 cms height is this fair. Also would like to know about his sleeping pattern he sleeps late in night at 2/3 and gets up late in morning at 12. how do we manage that?

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 days agoA. hi mom height and weight is a range check activity level as well it seems to be fine sleep at 9 to 10 pm , switch off the lights , sing some spiritual songs to make him sleep gradually he shall change the habit
