Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello good morning !! Cow milk ,buffalo milk,egg,meat are suggested after one year age. As baby is 10 months old give semi solid,semi mashed foods 3 meals ,2 snacks along with breast feed or formula feed in between meals and during nap time.
