Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)d
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing thex rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

If you want to use it into the diaper area then I would recommend you borrow the anti septic cream and if it is on the body then use calamine lotion and whenever you ask a question please give us all the details so that we can help you accurately on that
