Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Semi solids twice a day are suggested to feed in the mid morning and evening. Fruit and vegetable purie/mash ,cerelac , porridge,kichdi plain taste with ghee are suggested to feed after checking the suitability. Avoid sugar,salt,oil and honey in baby foods.
