Sonam PatelMom of a 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Hi mommy, don't apply oil etc on face as of now. Just use water to clean the face. Is the baby rubbing eyes? The redness could be due to that. Also dryness can be tackled using a facial cream or lotion. You can try Aveeno baby daily moisture range. It comes with the goodness of oatmeal and helid in hydration.
