Crocin is the best fever medicine that you can take otherwise to check with your doctor because it seems like you are a mother to a newborn child so I would recommend you to consult the doctor before you take any of the medicine for fever and cold along with that taking steam directly 3 to 4 times in the day will also be benefiting for you
