A. Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight for your baby. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. U Are feeding your child on your own feed right so whatever you are feeding to your child right now your child is going to gain weight with that so it completely depends on your food habits as to how healthy you are eating how good you are eating and that only interns helps your child gain weight
