A. before 3 years of age you should go for fluoride free kids toothpaste (any good brand) in rice g grain size amount along with small l head soft bristles toothbrush (any good brand) twice daily.. above 3 years of age use fluoridated kids toothpaste of any good brand.

Its Just when you don’t even maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and the child is not gargling and all that this can happen and one of the most common reasons is iron supplement if you’re giving any to the child otherwise it’s better to get a check with the paediatric dentist one
