Check if they are rough or so then it’s probably associated with dryness but it is not rough it is only soft or embedded in the skin there can be a possibility of deficiency of calcium or worms in the tummy so that just get it examined with the doctor they’ll give you a clarity on the situation and can help you with the right solution to the current problem that is there
