Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it may be due tj nasal block. Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. For newborns/infants, use saline dropsย to move the mucus to the front of the nose, making it easier to remove with an aspirator. Daily use of saline drops will help keep nasal passages clean and moisturized. Avoid putting cotton swabs, twisted tissues or your fingernail inside your baby's nose.
