Your child is having some discovered in the year that is why your child is doing it you can get it examined by an ENT doctor to know more and in the private part also sometimes you do weakness or irritation or itching also kids do it so try to keep it dry and regularly either you apply Boroline anti septic cream or you can use Babyhug coconut oil
