Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Give about 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water and apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping that is also going to be quite helpful and healthy in the same time
