Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. This may be due to allergies, infections, or weather changes. For a cold, give 5 ml Allegra twice daily to reduce symptoms. Minimize temperature fluctuations, provide nasal saline drops every 3 hours, and offered indirect steam. For fever and pain, use paracetamol. Try home remedies like Tulsi, ginger, honey with water, and turmeric with milk twice daily. Give warm water to drink. For wet cough, administer 5 ml Ascoril LS twice daily. r
