A. Within a week usually the infection will go away and I think the motions are not related to it and it is absolutely normal for babies to pass emotions more than 8 times a day. It is also normal for babies to pass motion immediately after feedingWrite Your Answer Here

A. Breastfed babies often pass more than 6 stools per day. Until 2 months of age, they may pass a stool after each feeding. But, if stools suddenly increase in number and looseness, suspect diarrhea. If it lasts for 3 or more stools, the baby has diarrhea.
