#asktheexperts baby is 6 months old and 4 days back o started solid foods. but he is not showing any interest in food. becoming thought to feed him a inch of steamed carrot. what to do and pls also suggest good ceralacs (without sugar)

it should be opposition to weaning.
so first thing , don't force feed your child.
initially ,give easily digestible food items like mung dal Pani, rice water in few spoons of quantity.
after few days of it ,give food items like different vegetables and fruits puree , porridge, etc to your child.
