Q.

#asktheexperts baby is 10month 10 days ,birth weight was 2.6 kgs . now he is 7.5kgs ,, weight increasing very slowly. how to improve weight . baby is very active though.

A. Namaste Mom, babies who are full term born are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months & later triple by the age of 1. You could probably prefer to now give the baby soft consistency foods, include foods such as egg yolk, panner, chicken , ghee, curds, milk in cooked form such as kheer , custard, porridge, sago, rice, roti, dals, nuts and seeds etc
