Q. i am 30 weeks pregnant . in my 22 weeks scan there is no abnormalities detected expect fetal right kidney showing pyelectasis measuring 6.2 mm. After 8 weeks in 29 weeks scan it is showing pyelectasis measuring 8.0 mm.. please advise it can be dissolved itself or need any further treatment to baby
