#asktheexperts baby girl aged 17 months is getting dry tiny bumps on back and few patches on stomach which are non-itchy but making the skin feel uneven in terms of texture.

Apply calamine lotion it could be just associated with heat in the body so right now this is going to be good for the time being would recommend you to avoid using soap oil or any other product on the skin just give a bath with water and apply the solution
