#asktheexperts Baby feel discomfort while passing the wind and motion is passing two days once. Sometimes Suddenly he started to cry that time we give colicaid. Is it ok to give colicsid on daily basis whenever he cry for no reason.tcry

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. the recurrent stretching / curving of the body again and again as well as uncomfort / making grunting sounds as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach.
it is very important that after giving milk to the child you
should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutes(irrespective that you hear the burps or not). gas in stomach causes hiccups.
do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removeds properly it goes into intestine causing abnormal distension and that will lead to colic pain again and again.
keep the child in upright position whether you hear the burping sound or not and also it is not important that you will hsear the sound when the child removes the air from the oral cavity.

Yes you can give it but not regularly. If your baby is totally on mother’s milk then you should definitely make some changes in your diet plan. Because baby is digestion. Totally depends on Mother’s diet. Rather than this you can also start using babyhug tummy roll on It is one of the best for babies and healthy baby to pass gas.
