Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you have to clean it with simple water by gently handling and you should not try to open up the penis as there is physiological phymosis in the area at this small age do not use lot of soap and keep the area very clean

Clean it while giving bath to ur baby...
U can use wet wipes to clean when u are not at home... U can buy #Babyhug wet wipes that are soft on skin and cleans easily.. Take care and all the best
