ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. at 1 year of age Cows milk or buffalo s milk can be given from 1 year of age till then it's advisable to get ve breast milk or formula feed you can also add sugar or dry fruit powder in the milk after 1 year

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. You can introduce cow milk in baby's diet after one year. It is better to feed cow milk first as it is lighter to digest as compared to Buffalo milk. Also, you should dilute some water in it in the beginning for easy digestion. Till then, it us recommended to give only breastmilk Or formula milk only as they are more nutrient rich comparatively.
