momMom of a 4 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. hi mom, hope you and your baby are fine, walking is the best exercise for normal delivery just walk 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening, if you can do butterfly exercise do 10 times ,if you feel uncomfortable doing butterfly exercise don't do it .eat all type of vegetables , always be happy
Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 4 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom. As such there is no special food for normal delivery.. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby.
Cut down undue stress.
